Thank you for shopping with Hourglass Design Works. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Production

Most of our products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, orders require production time before they are shipped.

Estimated Processing & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product type, production volume, shipping carrier delays, and destination.

Our current estimated delivery times are:

  • T-shirts: Approximately 7–10 business days
  • Hats: Approximately 8–16 business days
  • Drinkware: Approximately 4–12 business days

These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. During holidays, sales, high-volume periods, or carrier delays, orders may take longer than expected.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple product types, such as shirts, hats, and drinkware, items may ship separately and may arrive at different times. This is because some items may be produced or fulfilled at different facilities.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow time for the tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

We will do our best to help where possible, but carrier-related delivery issues are outside of our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hourglassdesignworks@gmail.com


 

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, changes or cancellations may only be possible if production has not yet started.

Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that changes, cancellations, refunds, or address updates can be made.
